Hi, I'm a landed CAN IMM, and a US H4 visa holder. I changed from F2 to H4.

Can I go to Toronto to get a new H4 visa, or I have to go to BJ?
Anybody else going from Phila/NYC in June?
Any tips from those who have done that?
