My friend was admitted by one of the Canadian University to their MBA class. She already got her VISA from the Canadian consulate and was ready to leave her job in China. Then she got a letter from the school, told her not to come, because the program was conceled (they do not have enough students). Now her question is: if she ignore the letter and come anyway and then get registered in one of the language school first, would she have risk of losing her legal status? Any advice appreciated.
