RFE dependent I-20 form xingli012005-04-30 00:06:42

We filed I485/140 concurrently on Feb. 2005.
Now for I485 USCIS request I-20 form with my
daughter's name. My daughter did enter the US
with F2 Visa. But I cannot find a I-20 with my daughter's
name, mostly likely I don't have such I-20 form.
(I have an I-20 form with my wife's name)
Am I in big trouble. How should I do with this?
