I am so happy that I got my I485 approval: Here is the date to share with everyone:
EB2, CSC, I140 applied on Aug22, 2004, I485 applied Sep 17, 2004. Finger Prints on Oct 18. I140 approval on April07, 2005. I485 approval on April 27, 2005.
Do I have to make appointment for passport stamping in San Francisco office? Somebody said, do not need appointment. I just check Infopass, all the appointments are in the mdille of May. I want go to Canada next week, may I go for the stamping without appointment on next Monday?

She is very good compare to some other attoneys. When ever we have problems, we sent her email, she alwasy return our emails in one day. On March 14, 2005, our I140 got RFE. We were very worried and sent her email. She returned in one hour and told us that" don't worry, I will take care of the RFE at the minute it hits my desk..." Second day after she got the RFE letter, she replied the RFE to the immigation officer. Our I140 got approval on Arpil07 and I485 approval on April 27 (Yesterday).
