EB1a and NIW AD: 05/02/2005
I concurrently filed two I-140 petitions with I-485 in April 2004, done by myself. EB1a and NIW were approved today at the same time. No RFE.
I-485 is still pending. My wife did take her FP in Oct. 2004, and I did my biometrics (code 3) in last March.
I have absorbed a lot of advice from this forum when preparing my petitions. Thanks to those friends who did offer me kind helps! Good luck to all who are still waiting for the approval of their I-140s!
