I plan to go back China using my advance parole in July. My 140 has been approved and 485 pending. My current visa is H1B for non-profitable institute. If I use the advance parole, does that mean I give up my H1B visa after I come back? Then, if it is legal to continue my current work after I come back? Thanks.
