April 2004, I140 and I485 filed (through outstanding), April 2005 my I140 has been approved.
I have not filed I485 for my hu*****and, since he is in China, he used H4 visa come USA 2 times. What I can do now? May I file I485 for my hu*****and now? Where I can File I485, China or USA ? If I filed I485 for him , he can enter USA with H4 visa?
