I filed I140(EB1)and 485 to Vermont Center in April 2004 and I140 got approved in 2005. Mext Month My PD will be current. I will file I485 for my hu*****and.I have some questions, Please help
1.Where I file my hu*****and I485? Vermont? How can we know if my case transfer another center?
2.For filling 1485, Part3 B List your wife apply with you ? yes or no ? (I filed I 485 April 2004 with my I140. at that time my hu*****and was not in USA)
