I have a couple of questions here:
1.Can LCA file a couple days before the document filing date.
My previous lawyer said it must be filed on or after the new policy effective date. For example 5/12/05 for the 20,000 h-1B.Is this true??
2.Do I need to reeneter US to get the visa stamp if I change my status during Grace Period?
3.If an H-1B holder is laid off. Is there any grace period for the indivual and how long?
4.For the 20,000 H-1B application, it requires seperate checks or money orders.
Can I use my bank's money order since I am the one who pays all the fee. And Pay to should be "USCIS". Is that right?
