My wife and 4 year-old daughter [born in USA] will visit China for vocation this summer.
She came to the states with F2 visa in 1998 and then chage to H4 in 2001 and have been in the states for 6 years.
She will go to USA consulate Shanghai office for her new return visa.
What paper documentation will she have to bring with?
Does she need to bring my Original H1 Action of Notice to the visa office?
Or notorized copy of H1 Action of Notice is good enough?
