I am an instructor, working in a non-profit research organization, Michigan. The job requirement is Ph.D and at least three-year working experience. I want to apply for GC under PERM. Is there anybody who can tell me if my application ought to belong to EB2, even though the salary is not considered? If still need consider salary, can my current salary ($52,600/year) meet the state Prevailing Wage Determination (EB2 level)? Thank you for your time!
