My petition letter is 62 pages, followed by 219 exhibits. I think too many documents (including some documents not directly related to me) make the immigrant officer annoy! The key pointt is that what I can do! Recompose the letter and reprovide supported documents or just answer all the questions?

It is too, too, too long. That is unbelievable!! Do you think the officer has impatience to read it from begining to end. Is your background is very very strong? If so, focus on very very potent ones while mentioning the rest of less important ones or optionals. It seemed that your lawyer did not catogory your evdience in any way, and tried to let immigration officers to identify the evidence for you. You killed the patience of the officer.
Get rid of those unrelated materials and recompose your petition letter with all direct strong evidence and provide all direct evidence (so far you have, must be categorized and labled properly) used in your petition letter.
You can not just answer the questions in your case since all submitted materials were not labeled properly. You do not want immigaration officers to identify them for you, do you?
You need to prepare a neat petition letter with your strong evidence if you do have a very strong backgound (Remember, do not exceed 30 pages). As far as I am concerned, the maximum page number is less than 30, the longest one so far i know is 25-26 pages except yours. The shortest one is 6 pages.
