It is not clear whether the beneficiary's duties will be teaching or primarily research. If research, how many other researchers does the petitioner employ? what kind of support and facilities will be made available to the beneficiary, such as laboratories, grants, staff, etc.
If the beneficiary is an outstanding professor, then the question arises as to why he/she is teaching at the small college level instead of the University level.
Break down the time to show exactly how much time the beneficiary spent teaching and/or researching.
Provide the names of the petitioner's other researchers.
During the beneficiary's teaching duties provide evidnet that the beneficiary had full responsibility for the class taught or if the resarch toward the degree has been recoganized within the academic filed as outstanding.
Please use this opportunity ot provide any additional evidence not already supplied to show the beneficiary's outstanding accomplishments such as:

Documentation of the alien's receipt of major prizes or awards for outstanding achievement in the academic field;
Documentation of the alient's membershi in associatins in the academic field which require outstanding achievement of their members;
Published material in professional publications written by others about the alient's work in the academic field. Such material will include the title, date, and author of the material, and any necessary translation;
Evidence of the alien's participation, either individually or on a panel, as the judge of the work of others in the same or an allied academic field;
Evidence of the alien's original scientific or scholarly research contributions to the academic field; or
Evidence of the alien's authrship of scholarly books or articles (in scholarly journals with international circulation) in the academic field.
