Concurrent I140/I485 filed in August 2004, EB2 in CSC, I140 was approved in 4/05, I485: requested further evidence on med. exam. (repeat X-ray examination). Question: How long does it usually take for USCIS to make a decision on such cases? Any experience sharing would be highly appreciated.
