Am I qualified for NIW? 九儿2005-05-12 21:24:10

I have master degree on computer science and one paper published in an international conference 12 years ago.

I came to US in 1997, and am on the 8th year's H-1b riht now. My third GC application is at LCA stage(RIR). My H-1b is relying on it to get extended.

I work on the business continuity / disaster recovery project in the 2nd largest telephone company. This project was brought up by NY attack. The employer showed the concerns for the employees to stay in US for such a big project.

I have plenty of industrial experience but research field or enough papers. Am I qualified for NIW? I am frustrated for 9 years here without GC.
