I got a couple of questions. I hope you can kindly help me to answer them.

1. When you wrote the date of the experience which is still ongoing, did you use 'present' or the date when you filled out the form?

2. Still for photos, the current instruction says you only need write the name and other infor on the back of one of your photos. Is that correct?

3. For the question asking for 2nd official language on schedule 3, do I leave it blank if I don't know French at all?
