How to change job while I140 NIWpending 文学城

If I140 (NIW) is still pending, is it possible to change jobs under other service center? Do I have to file another I140 to the new center? or I can still use the current I140 and file I485 to the new center after I140 get approved? Anybody knows anything about this?
