MY wife is a green card holder. I came here as f-1, because I don't have money to support my tuition fees, I was out of status for two and half years. After I married my wife, she apply my green card for me. I waited for 5 years. Several days ago, we received a letter from INS, the letter is to my wife, it says, your application is approved, but the person you apply for is not eiligible to apply at this time.
What should I do? What can I do? Or just wait.... ? Will INS contact me again?
