因爲我真的是新手，很多事都搞不太清楚，所以想请大家帮忙看看，先多谢诸位啦。请问这是绿卡批准的通知吗？那什麽时候才会收到正式的卡呢？我需要拿护照去盖章吗？爲什麽没有面试我呢？
