Received the following message on my 140 (niw, csc), no any message before this
On June 2, 2005, the document we made based on the approval or registration of
this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.
This is a confusing message and even the grammar is wrong. I called my lawyer
刚问了律师， 说不一定是approval,
他受到过同样的status notice, 有的要补件，有的是approval.
I did some search and found out this message means INS mailed something and something can be anything from rfe, fp .... However, most are for 485. Not common for 140 case.
I called the National Customer Service Center and the representative insisted it is the approval notice was mailed. He also gave a little explanation although I don't think they make any sense.
At this point, I am still not sure about it. Anybody has the same experience before?please share.
