Need help on F-1 VISA entry:
I came to U.S. on a H-4 VISA, I went to school under the same VISA, then this
year, to do a summer internship, I changed to F-1 VISA. Now I plan to go to
Beijing in Aug. and will need a
F-1 VISA entry to come back. Does anyone know this kind of situation? Does the
change of VISA types matter? Any potential issues? Should I change my status
back to H-4, is it easier?
