I once aksed a question for J1 to Reserach H1B. Thanks a lot for reply.
My J1 status will be end soon. However, the new university employer is still doing the paper work, and do not know when can file the H1 application. I wonder whether I can go back China to wait for the H1 results? After H1 is approved, is it difficult to get a visa again to enter USA, especilly for a person who once transfer J1 to H1?
