Please help me with the following 2 questions, thank you very much!
1. How long does it take to get work permit and temperary resident visa? Somebody says it may take 3 months, why so long? I thought it can be done in a few days.
2. I got a postdoc contract for 2 years, but I heard the work permit is only good for 1 year, is it true? Is it possible to get an extension? Thanks.
