I am planning to apply H-1 revalidation in toronto (since Dept of State won't do it anymore) as a result, I would like collect some information from someone who already had the experience.
I revalidated my H-1 visa in USA on last July 2004 (righ before they close the service), If I am going to canada and apply the H-1 visa this time, what is the possibility to get reject? (Assuming that I have the all paperwork ready)
How long it will takes? (I went toronto to apply H-1 visa on Mar, 2003) it took 2 days, I heard it will take 3 business days? is that true?
Any other things that I have to pay attention?
