Can we go to Mexico for Visa tellybird2005-06-15 05:18:40

I am a F-1 student, my hun*****and is H1-B. And He just send out the mail for green card application. But my daughter is in China, I miss her so much. I want to go to Mexico this July to get my visa (to earn one entrance for coming back from china). But some people tell us we can't leave U.S. since we applied green card. Is that true. Could somebody give me an answer? Thanks a lot.

u can't leave without AP, ur

u can keep ur F1 after filing

F-1 visa stamp is possible ...

拜托，回答问题前先看清楚前提。人家是交了移民申请再想申请F1

F1交了485后没有AP不能离开美国，否则移民申请做自动放弃
