After 6months waiting, I got a REF for my NIW. It says that the evidence already submitted demonstrates that the propsed research employment has substantial intrnsic merit and will be national in scope. Now CIS asked for:
1) Grant proposal I am doing and my role in this grant;
2) Demonstrate that it would be contrary to the national interest to potentially deprive the prospective employer of your services by making available to US workers the position you seek;Donmonstrate that national interest would be adversely affected if a labor certification were required.
I can address the first one, but I donot know to address the second one, which is too general. Any suggestions are very appreciated.
