Does H1 transfer cost $3000? restart22005-06-20 15:31:52

I am planning to do a H1 transfering. But I heard from my attonery that the fee is about $3000 to $4000. I remember it only cost around $1000 half a year ago. Anybody can give me some advice? Thanks.
