My wife applied h-1b premimum service. Her employer is University. Couple days ago, School advisor foward the email approved from INS. The real notice of action will take 10-15 days to get it, However, today, we just found out that her last name was mispelled?
Since her OPT will expire end of this month, can she still work? how long will takes to fix name changes?
Please let me know if anyone had this type situation before.
