I-140I-140 for EB1a was denied, CA center. filing by myself.
Could it be brought back to life? Any suggestion on appealing it? Thanks!!!
Submit evidence for six of ten criterions.
Two criterion (membership and publication) were considered being met. Others (below) was considered not met:
1. Awards: one 2nd award of Sci & Tech of national education committee of China; one 3nd award of Sci & Tech of Beijing; One national key sci & tech achievement of NSTC China, three best paper award (one 1st anthor);
2. media: one national profession newpaper, four professional jounals,and 28 websites in China (currently), but they only introduced the project and mention the indtitute name. I was the PI (evidence with original contract,and contact person shown on some report published).
3. Review: several review requests from a international journal, and proof letter from the Principal editor.
4. Original: an official report on the originality, an experts’ appraisal report, patent certificate(3rd inventor).
