I have been in USA about 6 years, I am in H-1B now, my daughter' H-4 Visa was rejected in Beijing. My father showed them everything they wants (I sent back). the problem is I never visit my daughter since I came to USA. They ask me to go back to get visa for my daughter, bu t my job is a little sensitive, I am worrying about the long time background check. Anyone has similar experiences, please help.
(1)Does she need to get the visa again? but they told they saw enough evidence for closeness, but they only ask why we don't go back.
(2)I am thinking let my daughter get B-2 instead of H-4, is that will help?
Any suggestions will be appreciated very much.
