can't login to USCIS account? Brainless2005-06-27 22:36:08

I created a USCIS account, and was able to login to trace my case status. But
once I forgot it was "customs" or "representative", and my account got locked
after a number of fail attemps to login. Also, I forgot the secret question
to reopen my account.

Does anyone knows what should I do to get it reopened?

注册后, 如果你的CASE有更新, 会立刻用EMAIL告诉你

就这点好处啊。自己一个星期查一次足够了
