Could someone give me advice on whether I can change my job now ?
My situation is:
1) I have two I-140 and one 485
2) First I-140 (EB1-A) and 485 concurrently filing by myself. I-140 & 485 denied in 12/20/04.
3) SecondI-140 approved on 04/14/05 [EB1 (OR) sponsored by the company]. 485 was reopened by the CIS on 1/4/05 and attached to the second I-140 automatically. The link was confirmed by the company's attorney.
