when should i resign ? H1-H4 songdandan2005-06-30 03:51:08

I have to resign from my current company since my hu*****and got a new job , I m confused abt the time what should i resign ? it is like this :

1.my hu*****and H1 transfer to H1 , in school system , no quota.
2.my case is H1 transfer to H4, i have to resign.
3.both of H1 and H4 already submitted , not get the receipt yet .
4.when should i resign ? as long as i have the receipt , can i still get paid ? or before i have the h4, do i have any risk if i resign ?
