上面说的是，如果火灾或事故，保险公司必须按原样修复。我要换窗，是个人维修，也必须是木窗换木窗吗? 邻居就换了PVC的，颜色和整栋大楼的其它窗户颜色尺寸一样，看不出来是换过的，我胆小，还是想弄清楚。
