关于麦克马洪线具体就不说了,大家都知道,来自Simla Accord。英国现在修高铁没钱,我本来想能不能让他们发个声明支持中国对藏南的主张,作为交换,中国可以打个折扣价帮他们修高铁。结果一查,发现一个问题:英国在2008年彻底废弃Simla Accord了,自然麦克马洪线就没有意义了。英文wikipedia有介绍:
Until 2008 the British Government's position remained the same that China held suzerainty over Tibet but not full sovereignty. It was the only state still to hold this view.[30] David Miliband, the British Foreign Secretary, described the old position as an anachronism originating in the geopolitics of the early 20th century.[31] Britain revised this view on 29 October 2008, when it recognised Chinese sovereignty over Tibet by issuing a statement on its website.[nb 5]The Economist stated that although the British Foreign Office's website does not use the word sovereignty, officials at the Foreign Office said "it means that, as far as Britain is concerned, 'Tibet is part of China. Full stop.'"[30]
The British Government sees their new stances as an updating of their position, while some others have viewed it as a major shift in the British position.[nb 6] Tibetologist Robert Barnett thinks that the decision has wider implications. India's claim to a part of its north-east territories, for example, is largely based on the same agreements – notes exchanged during the Simla convention of 1914, which set the boundary between India and Tibet – that the British appear to have just discarded.[25][25] It has been speculated that Britain's shift was made in exchange for China making greater contributions to the International Monetary Fund.[25][32][33]

印象里没听说这事,问问大家听说过吗?是不是土工故意隐瞒什么?还是我自己没注意到这个。
既然英国都废除了这个,我们自然要和印度争了。这是一个很重要的问题----以前我们只是说不承认(因为政府代表没签字),从法理上讲现在英国自己都不承认,那印度还有什么legal basis!!! 为什么不提!!!为什么不用这个挑战印度,收回藏南?
