百名中国兵被指越界　再与印度爆冲突

 

（新德里8日讯）印度与中国传出再于争议边境爆发冲突。印度媒体指，大约200名中国解放军士兵近日“越界”，试图破坏印方防卫工事，有数名中国士兵因此一度被扣押。

 

根据印度News 18电视台周五引述政府高层官员报导，这200名中国士兵是从西藏进入阿鲁纳恰尔邦达旺镇，试图破坏无人防守的碉堡。

 

达旺镇位于印度东北隅，被印度设为阿鲁纳恰尔邦的首府。中国则指所谓的阿鲁纳恰尔邦是印度非法侵占的藏南地区

 

据报，一些中国士兵被印方拘留，现已获释。报导并引述匿名消息人士说，由于印度与中国在争议地区尚未划定正式界线，双方对实际控制线的认知不同，巡逻范围也是以己方认知为主，因此地方的平静将仰赖双方对现有协议的遵守程度。

 

另一方面，《今日印度》也引述消息人士报导，这200名中国士兵是在阿鲁纳恰尔邦靠近实际控制线一带，被印度士兵拦截，双方发生数小时的交战。报导未详述交战强度，仅称冲突在地方层级指挥官依现行协议的协调下解决，印方防御工事并未受损。

 

去年6月，中印两国士兵就曾在边界地区发生严重冲突，双方均有死伤。两国稍后的谈判认明了5个主要冲突点。目前班公湖南北沿岸、高格拉等地区已停战，双方正就剩余冲突点讨论停战方案。

 

印度陆军司令纳拉瓦内本月2日曾表示，中国在长达3500公里的中印边界沿线增派“数量可观”的军队，而印度军方也在边境增兵并引进“先进武器”做为回应。

 

根据印度媒体稍早前报导，两国可能于本周举行第13轮军事谈判，讨论剩余冲突点议题，但未披露确定日期。
