美国国防部国防安全合作局(DSCA)在官网公告,国务院已批准向立陶宛政府出售“标枪”反坦克导弹,此军售案包括341枚“标枪”导弹、30套导弹发射装置、电池充电器、技术培训计划等,总价约1.25亿美元。
美国国防部表示,此军售案将协助立陶宛建立长期防御能力,以捍卫其主权和领土完整,满足其国防需求。协助立陶宛发展和保持强大自卫能力。
德国国防部长兰布雷特19日造访立陶宛,探视驻扎在这个波罗的海北大西洋公约组织(NATO)成员国的部队,这也是她上任后首度海外访问。
立陶宛国防部表示,这个月被任命为国防部长的兰布雷特拜会了立陶宛国防部长阿努绍斯卡斯(Arvydas Anusauskas),讨论安全情势以及双方关系。大约有550名德国军队驻扎在立陶宛的卢克拉(Rukla)军事基地。
