Concrete Blonde，一支相对没什么名气的美国非主流（Alternative）乐队。这首Joey的acoustic版本我从来没听厌过。多数摇滚乐队都是要插了电味道才对，但偶尔也有这种原声更有魅力的作品。仿佛一个不施脂粉的美人，很少见的。

"This song is about being in love with an alcoholic.（songfacts.com)"是否对一个人的爱在面对沉沦和伤害时，才更凸显其宽容的光芒与悲悯的壮烈呢？在现实里，歌中的“Joey”在这首歌发表后的第13年死于liver failure。

还有一个小小的细节，这个版本里有一句“Joey，Honey，I'll save all my money.”而最初插电的版本，这一句是“Joey， Honey，I have some money.”也许只是歌者兴之所致随意的改变，也许......
