There was a question a couple of days back on how to make the Chinese characters correctly displayed in iPod. Here is what I did and it worked on 95% of the Chinese music on my iPod:

1. Download latest Windows Media Player from Microsoft (version 10.x?)
2. Add the mp3 and/or wma files into Media Player's library (all of them)
3. Selected one of more (using ctrl or shift keys and mouse click) of the files
4. Right mouse click - a context menu pops up
5. Choose "Advanced Tag Editor".
6. Here you can type in the album, artists, composer and song names in Chinese
7. Exit Media Player

8. Launch iTune and remove everything (or the ones you have problems with)
from the library (the files are still on disk)
9. Add them back into the iTune library - this picks up the Chinese tags

Somehow, there are a few files that do not pick up the Chinese tags.
