I really do not understand why some people in this site praised Xi. If you really think he is a great leader and his policy is right, why do not you go back to spend a few weeks or even a month there? I went to SH last summer due to some family reason. After I returned to US, I decided not to travel to China anymore until Xi steps down unless I have no choice. Basically I could not bear the strict rules and unrerasonable lockdown measures, especially when Omicron is such a mild virus.
