当环绕在你周围的人们，
失去了他们的理性，

将各种罪名加到你头上来的时候，
必须格外保持你头脑的冷静和清醒。
When the people around you,

如果有许多人，
都在怀疑你，
就让他们去怀疑吧；
同时，更要相信你自己。

不要因为来不及等待而不耐烦，
亦不可受了别人的污蔑而激愤。
如果苦恼的心到了崩溃的边缘，
你还是耐心地去等待。

If the troubled heart is on the verge of collapse,
you still wait patiently.
假如你有一种理想，
切不可将梦境当作现实来看；
当你正在沉思什么，
也不可存非非之念。

never take dreams as reality;

万一被人无缘无故地妒忌，
切莫因此而畏怯。
更要小心翼翼地埋头工作，
勿使锋芒外露。
In case people envy you for no reason,
don't be intimidated by it.

即使你所信仰的真理，
被歪曲，
成了哄骗他人的陷阱，
也得平心静气地保守你的信仰。
Even if the truth you believe in,
is distorted,

still keep your faith calmly.
一旦眼看你的成就将要被摧毁，
你还要振作精神。
拾起你锋锐的利器，
在痛苦中重建新的根基。
As soon as you see that your achievements
are about to be destroyed,
you still need to cheer up.
Pick up your sharp weapon,
and rebuild new foundations in pain.
不论是成功，
不论是失败，
成功与失败，
都要加以冷静的看待。

当你与俗人相处的时候，
不可与人同流合污。
当你与显要者在一起，
不可失掉你平民的本色。
When you get along with the laity,

倘若你在每一分钟的时光里，
都能够为人尽了最大的力量。
你自然会得到别人的信任。
If you live in every minute,
