Wish 木木 get well soon！ He is so sharp that he could realize the pronunciation improvement of my vowels. 

 I would like to share my recording tips with everyone in MYSJ：

 I recorded my reciting of one sentence first, then recorded its original reading, and then recorded my reciting again by imitating the pronunciation and intonation of the original reading.  Then the next sentence, and so on. 

It took me about 12-13 minutes to finish one lesson. Then listening  to it，I compared the differences. In this way， I realized my vowels' pronunciation or some stress syllables were not correct. 
Then I started formal recording until no repeat was needed. 

Give it a shot if you have extra one to two hours every two weeks!:)

哈哈，我是变着花样折腾，上次用google translate读每句比较，这次逐句录出来比较。进步就开心，知足常乐！：）

新概念英语确实让人印象深刻，学到很多其它知识而且有很多冷幽默，印象最深的就是那位百折不挠第一个飞跃英吉利海峡的主儿：)

元音好难发。au这个音，我都练了好多年，和没练没差别

我仔细又听了一下，练过就是不一样，你的outlaw的out和Cowboy的cow都发得很好！

灵妹妹，这个视频很好！我这个发音以前犯过一个大笑话，黄的，就不说啦：））

这个音单独发不难，但是和别的鼻音在一起的时候，对我就特别难.每次发，我都紧张。你想象俺气沉丹田的样子，够好笑了吧：））

知道了:) 英文是Valsalva maneuver，很多东西一说起英文，和说中文感觉就不一样了：）
