if i want to import a pet Lab less than 3 months of age into Canada from China, i know that rabies certification is not needed by Canada, but what documents do I need to have for the Chinese custom? Also, how do I arrange a "seat" for the pup on the plane for Air China? Is it safe for the pup to be on the plane at that age?

3个月可以上飞机了，但注意选好天气和时间段。

另外Rabies应该是肯定要打的，否则国航不会让上飞机，他们也怕被咬。
