My parents are visiting us from China. Some of our neighbors or their visitors did not like to lash the dogs sometimes. However, my mum was bitten by a dog when she was little. Therefore she is scary to death on any dog-chasing.

Yesterday she was chased by a dog when she has a walk in the neighborhood. She was screaming when the dog put the front legs around her waist, and then she cried fiercely. It made me heartbroken when I got home.

Is there anything I can buy to protect her from any dog-chasing or dog-bite?
