Which CAT food you guys use--Need Advices A_Cat

Advices please.

I am in Canada.

The dry cat foods here mainly: Iams, Purina, Meow Mix.

The petland sold us "Nutrience" for now. A 8-months ragdoll and 6-month tabby are eating this. Very very limited treats to them. THey are happy and healthy for now.

1. Should I keep this brand or go with another? Which one is better? I got confused by google search.

2. Should I boil/cook shrimp/chicken/wild salmon in pure water for their treats? figure tip amount for each time. I did several times and they enjoyed.
