We are contacting you about you reservations 12345678 because unfortunately, we were just informed that these bookings have been canceled by the tour operator due to high season, the price changed into a special rate. Please note that the available cruise in November as a five star cruise will cost more than the amount you paid in these bookings, which means that the tour operator has increased the cost of this cruise in November, therefore if you are still interested in taking this cruise you would need to rebook under the new price.
