我的home insurance有fungus/mold的coverage，但是不确认这样算不算是accidental的case。。。

The cause of the leaking was from the air ducts. The previous owner installed the new HVAC and it was not compatible with the old air ducts systems. Due to the lack of insulation, the condensed moisture became water and dripped from the air ducts. Since the moisture accumulated inside the ceiling of the first floor, the mold was grown on the top of the ceiling.
To resolve this issue is to replace all the air ducts inside the first-floor ceiling. But before installing the new air ducts, the mold must be removed.
The tenants found the water stains on the ceiling 08/2021 and we don’t know the volume/rate of the water leak since it is inside the ceiling (or air ducts).
