We have a small female basset hound, fully trained and would gladly pay a pet deposit. My husband is a master finish carpenter who has worked in this city for over 40 years. We are perfect tenants who have never made a maintenance request in 7 years. Our landlord has to sell because of a personal situation or we wouldn't be moving. He would give us a perfect recommendation. We were 20 year residents here until our daughters graduated. Would love to see the house. Need to move around June 1 or later.
