Seller shall pay any commission owned pursuant to a separate agreement between Seller and the broker . The provision of this paragraph shall survive closing or, if closing does not recall, the termination of this contract.
最后一句是不是说即使房子没有卖掉，也要付中介和律师费？这最后一句是Regular term 吗？我看我买房子时的合同上并就没有后半部分，只是说卖家要按照合同付中介费。当然，这种contract of sales可能有几种版本，也许他们用的是不一样的版本。
还有Seller and purchaser shall defend each other 是什么意思？
