不担心退休, 即使现在宅在家, 时间也过得很快
曾经也有点害怕将来退休有太多的时间. 现在记录平时周末宅在家的时间表, 时间也好过,充实. 这还不包括外出的时间, golfing, etc.
重要的是每晚睡好, 无痛无病, 白天精力充沛, 家庭和睦关爱, 没有stress.
6:30 am: get up
6:45-8:15: sauna, music, stretch
8:30-9:30: breakfast, checking the headlines, small talk
10-12:00: miscellaneous, hygiene, household operation
12:30-1:30: lunch, talk
1:30-3:00: finance check, relax, surfing internet
3:30-5:00: workout, lift weight, treadmill, elliptical
5:00-6:00: rest, read
6:30-8:00: prepare dinner, dinner time, catch up
8:00-9:30: me time, foot spa, watch shows
9:30 pm: bed time
